“We dedicate our lives to caring for yours” Position Description RN – Clinical Nurse Department Pool – Labor & Delivery Responsibilities The registered nurse collaborates and communicates with inter-disciplinary care providers in developing and assisting in plan of care. Organizes and prioritizes and updates plan of care in collaboration with patient, family, and significant others. Identifies patients at risk for injury regarding diagnosis, medication, procedure, age, etc., and prepares room environment. Why BayCare?
