Fabrication Engineer

\n \nJob Description
\nSeeking a Fabrication Engineer to lead fabrication equipment installation and support manufacturing quality and continuous improvement initiatives.
\n \nResponsibilities
\nManage installation of Punch/Laser, Press Brake, Paint, Epoxy, and related equipment.
\nCoordinate with Facilities, Maintenance, Safety, and other stakeholders.
\nMonitor quality metrics and resolve production quality issues.
\nPerform root cause analysis, 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone analysis.
\nLead PFMEA, Control Plans, process audits, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma activities.
\nSupport ISO 9000 quality systems and internal audits.
\nImplement process improvements and digital quality tools.
\nCoach and mentor Quality Team members.
\n \nRequirements
\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
\nExperience with fabrication/manufacturing equipment.
\nStrong manufacturing, industrial, or quality engineering background.
\nExperience with Lean/Six Sigma, PFMEA, Control Plans, and process mapping.
\nKnowledge of ISO standards and process auditing.
\nStrong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
\nProficiency in Microsoft Office.
