Office Manager
Job Description Overview: Join our team as a Dental Office Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality patient care, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Operations & Leadership: Manage day-to-day office workflows, supervise dental assistants, hygienists, and front office staff, and optimize appointment scheduling for efficiency.
Financial & Administrative Management: Handle billing, coding, insurance claims, payment processing, and monitor expenses to maintain practice profitability.
Compliance & Maintenance: Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and dental regulations while monitoring supply inventory and equipment.
Community Engagement: Support patient retention strategies, marketing campaigns, and community outreach.
Travel Expectations: Primary duties take place at the front desk or administrative area, with regular regional travel required for business events or other practice locations.
full-time $35,000 - $40,000 per year

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Qualifications: Previous experience as a Dental Office Manager or in a similar administrative role in a dental or healthcare setting.
Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of dental office procedures, insurance, billing, and coding practices.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in dental office management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Compliance: Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or a degree in healthcare administration is a plus.
